The Last Word: Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach Attains more than 100 sales
Miami Today featured Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach in its "Last Word" column this week for having attained more than 100 sales since October 2010. "Prices being paid are near the top of the market, and some residences have closed at prices that would be considered very good in a strong market," Sadov said. The development's South Tower is sold out, a few residences remain in the Central Tower, and about 100 units are available in the North Tower, which opened in March.

The Real Deal: New York City buyers lead Canyon Ranch sales in Miami Beach
In departure of the general trend of foreigners purchasing in Miami, Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach has seen a surge in sales, led by a substantial number of buyers from New York City. According to Michael Sadov, the sales director at Canyon Ranch, the property has sold 82 out of 433 units since October 2010, roughly a year after the project changed hands. Although he would not release the exact sales figures since that time, Sadov estimated the amount to around $75 million.

Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach Selling Condos at Record Pace - 61 Units Sold Since Mid-October
Sales of condominiums at Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach are surging forward, showing that individuals are eager to purchase when offered a unique lifestyle. "We are closing an average of over two condominiums a week," said Michael Sadov, property sales director at Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach. "There are units selling for well above $1 million." The sales success suggests that buyers are returning to the South Florida condominium market after several years of holding off. Buyers in markets around the U.S. and internationally – specifically the Northeastern U.S. and Brazil – are purchasing units at a record pace. Since mid-October 2010, the team at Pordes Residential Sales & Marketing has sold 61 condominiums, with many of the buyers being all-cash.

Foreign buyers are still flooding Miami’s residential market, with Brazilians, Venezuelans and Argentineans making the biggest splash.
